Carlynton School District Preliminary Budget Pursuant to Act 1 of 2006, the Carlynton School District Board of Directors adopted the 2020-2021 Preliminary Budget at a voting meeting January 28, 2020. The Preliminary Budget is available for public inspection in the business office and at carlynton.k12.pa.us/board_of_education/annual_budget. The Board intends to request approval from the PA Department of Education for a referendum exception up to the maximum permitted by law. The CSD Board of Directors will hold public finance committee meetings to discuss the budget February 11, March 10, April 14, May 12 & June 9, 6:00 pm, in Carlynton JSHS Cougar Collaboration Center.
