NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING ON PROPOSED FINANCING BY HOLIDAY PARK VOLUNTEER FIRE DEPARTMENT NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Holiday Park Volunteer Fire Department, Pittsburgh, Allegheny County, PA will meet on May 1, 2020 at 7p.m. at the firehouse, 415 Abers Creek Rd, Pittsburgh, PA the purpose of holding a public hearing pursuant to the requirements of Sec. 147(f) of the IRS Code of 1986 as amended on a proposal that the Issuer enter into an agreement in order to finance real property. The real property to be financed consists of a refinance of loan and Mortgage and Renovations to firehouse and will be located at 415 Abers Creek Rd, Pittsburgh, PA. To finance costs of the real property and to pay costs and expenses incidental to the financing, the Issuer proposes to enter into an agreement in the maximum aggregate principal amount not to exceed $650,000.00. The Issuer will be required to pay all taxes on the real property. The payments due pursuant to the agreement will be secured by a security interest in the real property. Persons interested may appear and be heard at said time and place or may file written comments with the Holiday Park Volunteer Fire Department prior to the hearing set forth heretofore.
