Executive sessions are held in the Rogers Room beginning at 5:00 p.m. Monday, April 27, 2020 Monday, May 18, 2020 Monday, June 22, 2020 The Head Start/Early Head Start Governing Body work session will begin at 4:30 p.m. and the voting meeting at 4:45 p.m. While an emergency disaster declaration is in effect, meetings may be conducted online only via Zoom or other conferencing technology. Instructions for public attendance and participation at work session and voting meetings conducted online will be posted at aiu3.net/Board at least 30 minutes prior to such meetings.
