PUBLIC NOTICE BOROUGH OF CRAFTON At its regular meeting to be held on Monday, May 11, 2020 at 7:15 p.m. either by remote audio and video conference services (Zoom) with log-in and call-in information available to the public on the Borough's website at http://craftonborough.com/ or in person at the Edward A. Witt Council Chambers, Second Floor, Crafton Community Center, 140 Bradford Avenue, Crafton PA, 15205, the Council of the Borough of Crafton will consider the adoption of, and if appropriate enact, a proposed ordinance as follows: AN ORDINANCE OF THE BOROUGH OF CRAFTON, ALLEGHENY COUNTY, PENNSYLVANIA, AMENDING CHAPTER 193 OF THE CRAFTON CODE OF ORDINANCES, STREETS AND SIDEWALKS, TO REGULATE WIRELESS COMMUNICATIONS FACILITIES IN THE PUBLIC RIGHT-OF-WAY. This proposed ordinance amends Chapter 193 of the Borough of Crafton Code of Ordinances, Streets and Sidewalks, as amended, which regulates the streets, sewers, sidewalks and other public rights-of-way within the Borough, to regulate Wireless Communications Facilities within the public right-of-way.
