CITY OF CLAIRTON ZONING HEARING BOARD PUBLIC NOTICE Public notice is hereby given that the City of Clairton Zoning Hearing Board will hold a public meeting on Wednesday, May 27th, 2020 at 5:30 p.m., prevailing time, via conference call as permitted and recommended by State law during the Covid-19 Pandemic to conduct a hearing on an Application for a Variance from the terms of Zoning Ordinance, Section 337-37P (4) (5) dealing with the allowable number of apartment units and open space requirements filed by the Mon Valley Initiative seeking a variance to be allowed to construct forty-nine (49) apartment units on 601, 607, 609 Miller Avenue and a vacant lot designated as lot & block 879-M-290.
