FOX CHAPEL AREA SCHOOL DISTRICT TAX STATEMENTS AND PAYMENT OF TAXES On June 29, 2020, the Fox Chapel Area School District approved the General Fund Operating Budget for the 2020-2021 fiscal year. The tax millage was established at 19.8686 mills, and the home- stead exclusion for each approved parcel was $9,468. 74. Tax bills for 2020-2021 were mailed on July 1, 2020. Please contact the Business Office immediately if your tax bill is not received within 10 days. Taxpayers who remit payment on or before August 31, 2020, will receive a two percent discount on their tax bill. All tax bills must be paid at face by October 31, 2020, to avoid penalty, unless the installment option is selected. Installments are due on or before the following dates: August 31, 2020; October 31, 2020; and December 31, 2020. Failure to receive a tax notice does not absolve the taxpayer from the responsi- bility of payment of taxes in accordance with the payment schedule, including any penalties incurred. Kimberly M.
