OFFICIAL NOTICE TOWN OF McCANDLESS At its meeting on August 24, 2020, the Town Council of the Town of McCandless enacted Ordinance No. 1503, an ordinance amending and restating Part Nine, Title One, Article 907 of the Town's Codified Ordinances, regulating objects in the right-of-way, signs in the right-of-way and to establish an enforcement procedure and penalties for violations.
