OFFICIAL NOTICE TOWNSHIP OF RICHLAND The Richland Township Board of Supervisors will hold a virtual Public Hearing on the evening of Wednesday, September 16, 2020 beginning at 7:00 p.m., to hear a request for a Minor Modification of a Planned Residential Development (PRD), being the Pittsburgh Cut Flower PRD, as follows: Applicant: Traditions of America Property Description: Lot and Block Number 2188-J-2 Intersection of Liberty Boulevard and Bakerstown Road Gibsonia, PA 15044 Applicants are requesting a modification to allow the installation of two (2) PRD plan entrance identification signs and decorative walls to be on the east and west sides of Liberty Boulevard near the intersection of Liberty Boulevard and Bakerstown Road. All application documents relative to this PRD Modification request are available for review in the Township Zoning Office during normal business hours. The hearing will be conducted remotely by using software known as Zoom Meeting. Members of the public are welcome to submit questions or comments regarding this matter until 4:30 p.m. on the day of the hearing at info@richland.pa.us. All questions and comments received will be entered into the record of the hearing.
