Virtual Public Meetings for the Draft Pennsylvania State Rail Plan The draft 2020 Pennsylvania State Rail Plan includes a comprehensive description and assessment of the current rail system, an analysis of the role of rail and integration within the state's transportation system, and a vision for the future of passenger and freight rail in the commonwealth. The Pennsylvania Department of Transportation (PennDOT) will hold two identical virtual public meetings with a brief presentation session and Q&A on: Monday, November 16, 2020 at 4:00 p.m 5:00 p.m. Tuesday, November 17, 2020 at 6:00 p.m 7:00 p.m. Beginning November 2, 2020, interested persons are invited to visit the Pennsylvania State Rail Plan website at http://www.planthekeystone.com/Pages/PA-State-Rail-Plan.aspx to obtain virtual public meeting registration information and to review and offer comments on the draft plan document. Comments on the draft plan will be accepted through December 2, 2020.
