OFFICIAL NOTICE PUBLIC HEARING BOROUGH OF BRENTWOOD PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a Public Hearing will be held on Monday, November 30, 2020 by the BOROUGH OF BRENTWOOD, COUNTY OF ALLEGHENY, COMMONWEALTH OF PENNSYLVANIA (the Borough) for the proposed SALE OF THE BOROUGH'S SANITARY SEWER UTILITY SYSTEM (collectively, the System). The public hearing shall take place on November 30, 2020 at 6:00 PM at the Brentwood Borough Municipal Building located at 3624 Brownsville Road, Pittsburgh, PA 15227, to review, discuss, and provide public comment on the proposal to purchase the Borough's System by Pennsylvania American Water for $19.2 million. At this hearing, the Borough Council will consider any objections, together with recommendation, from the public. Signed, written objections or support for the proposal must be received by the Borough by 12:00 PM, November 30, 2020.
