
NOTICE TO BIDDERS BOROUGH OF JEFFERSON HILLS ALLEGHENY COUNTY, PENNSYLVANIA Sealed Proposals will be received by The Borough of Jefferson Hills, at the Municipal Building, 925 Old Clairton Road, Jefferson Hills, PA 15025 until 12:00 p.m. prevailing time on Friday, December 11, 2020 to be publicly opened and read immediately thereafter for the following service: Access Control System The Borough of Jefferson Hills seeks to engage applications for the installation of access control system throughout the Borough Jefferson Hills Municipal Complex. All proposals must be in the hands of John P. Stinner, Borough Manager, Borough of Jefferson Hills, 925 Old Clairton Road, Jefferson Hills, PA 15025 on or before 12:00 p.m. prevailing time, December 11, 2020. Proposals shall be delivered in a sealed envelope and clearly marked on the outside with the words: BOROUGH OF JEFFERSON HILLS Access Control System All questions related to responding to this RFP should be directed to the Borough Manager. Specification, Instructions to Bidders, General Conditions, Forms of Proposals and Agreement are on file and open to public inspection at the Borough of Jefferson Hills administrative offices, 925 Old Clairton Road, Jefferson Hills, PA 15025. Copies of the Request for Proposals (RFPs) may be obtained therein. If the Proposal is accepted, the successful Bidder will enter into an Agreement within fifteen (15) days after Notice of the Award of the Contract. The proposals must be made to the Borough of Jefferson Hills, Allegheny County, Pennsylvania, and shall remain effective for a period of one hundred twenty (120) days. No Bidder may withdraw their Proposal during the one hundred twenty (120) day period without forfeiting his Bid guarantee.
