LEGAL NOTICE GREEN TREE BOROUGH ALLEGHENY COUNTY, PENNSYLVANIA NOTICE OF FINAL ENACTMENT OF ORDINANCE NO. 1838 IN RE: DEBT AUTHORIZATION FOR $13,500,000 GENERAL OBLIGATION NOTES, SERIES OF 2021 Notice of final enactment of Ordinance No. 1838 enacted January 4, 2021, by the Council of the Borough of Green Tree, Pennsylvania (the Municipality) is hereby given. The Ordinance was amended during final passage by the inclusion of the following provisions: 1. Section 14 was amended to provide the useful lives of the Projects and the remaining useful lives of the projects financed by the Prior Bonds. 2. Pursuant to the accepted Purchase Proposal of RBC Capital Markets, LLC, the purchase price bid for the Notes was fixed at 103.07% of the par amount of the Notes, inclusive of net original issue discount or premium and underwriter's discount. The interest rates (yields) approved for the Notes were from 0.250% for the June 15, 2021 maturity to 2.661% for the June 15, 2045 maturity, as more fully set forth in the Purchase Proposal attached to the Ordinance. The purchase price in the successful Purchase Proposal is $9,781,378.80. 3. Various other matters in connection with the issuance and sale of the Notes were also adopted. A copy of the final text of the Ordinance may be examined by any citizen between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m., prevailing time, on regular business days at the office of the Municipality, 10 West Manilla Avenue, Pittsburgh, PA 15220.
