MUNICIPALITY OF MONROEVILLE, ALLEGHENY COUNTY, PENNSYLVANIA NOTICE OF FINAL ENACTMENT OF ORDINANCE NO. 2733 IN RE NON-ELECTORAL DEBT AUTHORIZATION FOR MUNICIPALITY OF MONROEVILLE, PENNSYLVANIA GENERAL OBLIGATION NOTES, SERIES OF 2021 Notice of final enactment of Ordinance No. 2733, enacted on February 9, 2021, by the Council of the Municipality of Monroeville, Pennsylvania (the Municipality) is hereby given. The Ordinance was amended during final passage by the inclusion of the following provisions: 1. The principal amount of the Series A Notes was set at $2,113,000, and the principal amount of the Series B Notes was set at $3,537,000. 2. Exhibit A consisting of the successful Purchase Proposal of JPMorgan Chase Bank, N.A., Exhibit B consisting of the form of Notes and Exhibit C consisting of the Note debt service schedule were attached to the Ordinance. 3. Various other matters in connection with the issuance and sale of the Notes were also adopted. 4. The price for the Notes contained in the successful Purchase Proposal was set at 100% of the principal amount of the Notes. The principal amount of the Series A Notes, $2,113,000, bear an interest rate (yield) of 1.17% in the successful Purchase Proposal, and the principal amount of the Series B Notes, $3,537,000, bear an interest rate (yield) of 1.16% in the successful Purchase Proposal. A copy of the final text of the Ordinance may be examined by any citizen between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m., prevailing time, on regular business days at the Office of the Municipality, 2700 Monroeville Blvd, Monroeville, PA 15146.
