Request for Mowing and Trimming Services The West Mifflin Area School District is soliciting proposals for Grass Mowing and Trimming Services. Interested companies are to contact Sandy Wells at 412-466-9131 extension 3006 for an RFP Package. Proposals are due at 10:00 am prevailing time on March 16, 2021 at the District Administrative Office located at 1020 Lebanon Road, Suite 250, West Mifflin, PA 15122. A pre-bid meeting will be held at the District Administrative Office, same address as above, on Wednesday, March 3rd, 2021 at 10:00 am. The purpose of the meeting is to review the specifications, clarify any questions and provide interested bidders with an opportunity to view the grounds. The Board of School Directors of the West Mifflin Area School District reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, or any part thereof, or waive any discrepancies or informalities of proposals submitted.
