This notice is published pursuant to the requirements of Title 40 Code of Federal Regulations, Part 403.8, as amended October 14, 2005, that requires publication of those companies in significant non-compliance with federal and local sewage pretreatment regulations. Significant non-compliance consists of violations of discharge limits and failure to submit required reports of any violation of the Allegheny County Sanitary Authority pretreatment regulations that upset normal operations. The following companies were in significant non-compliance for discharge violations (unless otherwise noted) during the reporting period of January 1, 2020 to December 31, 2020. All companies are cooperating to achieve compliance and warrant no further actions.
