15 Person Passenger Van REQUEST FOR BID Opens April 29th, 2021, 8:00 AM OVERVIEW: The Tamburitzans performing ensemble is looking to purchase a 15-person passenger van for the purchase of transporting equipment and performers to performance sites around the United States. The organization is accepting bids in compliance with the Allegheny County Community Infrastructure & Tourism Fund (CITF) grant guidelines. DEADLINE FOR RECEIPT OF BIDS: May 12th, 2021, 12:00 PM Sealed bids will be opened May 12th, 2021, 4:00 PM The Tamburitzans will hold a virtual bid opening. When a bid is received, it must include a valid e-mail address so that the Tamburitzans can send a link for the remote opening. No substitutions for specific individual components requested for the van will be accepted. Bids may be awarded to more than one bidder, one for the purchase of the van itself, and one for the graphic design wrap for the van. No more than two bids will be awarded. Bids will be awarded based on the lowest responsible price and ability to deliver product(s) in a timely manner.
