STOP ILLEGAL DUMPING REWARD Recently the Plum Borough Municipal Authority has discovered several instances of illegal dumping of untreated sewage, chemicals and hazardous materials into its sanitary sewer system. This is ILLEGAL and will subject the responsible person with up to a FINE OF $1,000 PER DAY as well as possible IMPRISONMENT for a successful criminal prosecution. A REWARD OF $1,000 is being offered for information which leads to an arrest and conviction of any person caught illegally dumping unauthorized sewage, chemicals or hazardous materials into the Plum Borough Municipal Authority's sanitary sewer system.
