
CARNEGIE BOROUGH LEGAL NOTICE ZONING HEARING BOARD The Zoning Hearing Board of the Borough of Carnegie will conduct a public hearing to consider the application for the Carnegie Downtown Flats Development Plan on Wednesday, June 16, 2021, at 7:00 PM at the Carnegie Borough Municipal Building, 1 Veterans Way, Carnegie, PA 15106. Mr. Steven M. Regan (applicant) of Steptoe & Johnson, PLLC., as agent for Papa Mondo, LLC., has applied to the Zoning Hearing Board for a variance from off-street parking requirements set forth in the Carnegie Borough Zoning Ordinance (2445), Table 27-701 (apartment or downtown flat and ground level retail / sit-down restaurant), and a variance from the required 50'x10' off-street loading zone required by Carnegie Borough Zoning Ordinance (2445), Section 27-708. The variances being requested are for the properties located in the D-1 Downtown Zoning District at 200 (103-M-168), 210 (103-M-169), 212 (103-M-170), and 214 (103-M-172) East Main Street, Carnegie, PA 15106.
