NOTICE TO BIDDERS BOROUGH OF JEFFERSON HILLS ALLEGHENY COUNTY, PENNSYLVANIA Sealed Proposals will be received by The Borough of Jefferson Hills, at the Municipal Building, 925 Old Clairton Road, Jefferson Hills, PA 15025 until 4:00 p.m. prevailing time on Friday, July 16, 2021 to be publicly opened and read immediately thereafter for the following service: Municipal Planner The Borough of Jefferson Hills seeks to engage applications for the position of consultative municipal planner to assist in the composition of a new ten-year comprehensive plan, zoning ordinance, map, and attend monthly Borough Planning Commission meetings. All proposals must be in the hands of John P. Stinner, Borough Manager, Borough of Jefferson Hills, 925 Old Clairton Road, Jefferson Hills, PA 15025 on or before 4:00 p.m. prevailing time, Friday, July 16, 2021. Proposals shall be delivered in a sealed envelope and clearly marked on the outside with the words: “BOROUGH OF JEFFERSON HILLS – Municipal Planner” All questions related to responding to this RFP should be directed to the Borough Manager. Specification, Instructions to Bidders, General Conditions, Forms of Proposals and Agreement are on file and open to public inspection at the Borough of Jefferson Hills administrative offices, 925 Old Clairton Road, Jefferson Hills, PA 15025. Copies of the Request for Proposals (RFPs) may be obtained therein. The proposals must be made to the Borough of Jefferson Hills, Allegheny County, Pennsylvania, and shall remain effective for a period of one hundred twenty (120) days. No Bidder may withdraw their Proposal during the one hundred twenty (120) day period without forfeiting his Bid guarantee. The Borough reserves the right to reject any or all Bids, or any part thereof, for any reason, and reserves the right to waive any informality therein. By: John P. Stinner Borough Manager
