BETHEL PARK SCHOOL DISTRICT INVITATION TO BID The Bethel Park School District will receive clearly marked separate sealed or emailed bids for Miscellaneous Projects until 2:00 P.M. prevailing time, Wednesday, July 7, 2021 for a public opening at 2:15pm at 301 Church Road, Bethel Park, PA 15102. The work will be split into prime contracts and consists of the following: selective paving repairs and replacement at three elementary schools, flooring (both wood and LVT) replacement in the gymnasium of Independence Middle School, and HVAC replacement in the gymnasium of Independence Middle School. Separate sealed bids shall be submitted for the following Contracts: Prime Contract No. 1 Paving Contract Prime Contract No. 2 Flooring Contract Prime Contract No. 3 HVAC Contract All physical bids must be submitted in duplicate to Doug McCausland, 301 Church Road, Bethel Park, PA 15102. A deposit is not required. An optional Pre-Bid Conference will be held at Independence Middle School, 2807 Bethel Church Road, Bethel, Park, PA 15102, on June 29, 2021. The meeting will begin at 1:00 PM, in the Gymnasium. Prevailing Wage rates must be paid on all of the work of this Contract.
