BIDDING REQUIREMENTS THE NEW KENSINGTON ARNOLD SCHOOL DISTRICT REQUIRES PREQUALIFICATION OF BIDDERS, INCLUDING SUBCONTRACTORS, IN ACCORDANCE WITH SECTION 102.01 OF COMMONWEALTH OF PENNSYLVANIA DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION SPECIFICATIONS 408/2006 ON THIS PROJECT. Submit Proposal on the form supplied in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders and Specifications; include the following documents with the Bid Form: Bid Security certified checks or surety company bond on the NKASD's form to the order of/or running to the NKASD in the amount of five (5%) percent on the Bid as evidence of the Contract in case of award.
