P.L. 382, as amended; (ii) that the Articles of Amendment are being filed in order to provide that the term of existence of the Authority is increased to June 17, 2059; and (iii) that said Articles of Amendment shall be filed with the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania on July 8, 2021.
