LEGAL NOTICE PROJECT NUMBER 21TG03 (GENERAL) CURTAINWALL PACAKGE at PITTSBURGH INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT ATTENTION: DELAY OF BID OPENING DATE TO WHOM THIS MAY CONCERN: Notice is hereby given that the bid opening date for the aforementioned project that was scheduled JULY 22, 2021, has been changed so that the bid opening date for this project will now be AUGUST 11, 2021. Electronic Bids will be received by the Allegheny County Airport Authority (via Building Connected) until 1:00 P.M. prevailing local time, AUGUST 11, 2021. Plan holders will have until eight (8) days prior to bid opening to submit in writing any questions related to the project. Any bids for the referenced project received on JULY 28, 2021, will be returned unopened to the bidding party. Due to COVID precautions, the ACAA is modifying its typical bid opening process; the formal bid opening procedure will be conducted virtually this event will be conducted via a Microsoft Teams Meeting. All Plan Holders (the individual/email stated on the Document Request Application) will be invited to view this meeting. Invitations will be issued at least 24 hours prior to the actual opening date/time. Plan holders will also be notified of the results via an email within (24) hours of the Bid Opening event. Please note that no bidder may withdraw his bid for a period of sixty [60] days after the scheduled closing time for receipt of bids.
