An application made to the Zoning Hearing Board from Lea's Floral Shop for a zoning consolidation Plan at 416 & 420 Chicora Street, East McKeesport. 2. An application made to the Zoning Hearing Board from Lea's Floral Shop for a zoning consolidation Plan at 419 & 425 Miami Street, East McKeesport. Public Hearing will be conducted by the Zoning Board. All interested parties will be heard at this time.
