PUBLIC NOTICE BOROUGH OF CRAFTON At its regular meeting to be held on Tuesday November 23, 2021, at 6:30 p.m., at the Edward A. Witt Council Chambers, Second Floor, Crafton Community Center, 140 Bradford Avenue, Crafton, PA 15205, the Council of the Borough of Crafton will consider the adoption of, and if appropriate enact, a proposed ordinance entitled: AN ORDINANCE OF THE BOROUGH OF CRAFTON, ALLEGHENY COUNTY, PENNSYLVANIA, AMENDING CHAPTER 193, ARTICLE II OF THE CRAFTON BOROUGH CODE OF ORDINANCES, STREET OPENINGS AND EXCAVATIONS, AS AMENDED, TO REVISE CERTAIN REGULATIONS PERTAINING TO STREET OPENINGS; REPEALING ALL ORDINANCES AND PARTS OF ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT THEREWITH; AND ESTABLISHING SEVERABILITY AND EFFECTIVE DATE PROVISIONS. The proposed ordinance amends Chapter 193 of the Borough Code of Ordinances, by restating Article II, Street Openings and Excavations, in its entirety, thereby amending the application procedures and regulations pertaining to excavations or other work upon or within Borough streets.
