LEGAL NOTICE REMEDIAL INVESTIGATION ADDENDUM, REVISED RISK ASSESSMENT REPORT, AND REVISED CLEANUP PLAN Pursuant to the Land Recycling and Environmental Remediation Standards Act, the Act of May 19, 1995, P.L. 4, No. 1995-2, notice is hereby given that KU Resources, Inc., on behalf of Pennsylvania (PA) Coach Lines, will submit to the Pennsylvania Department of Environmental Protection a Remedial Investigation Addendum, Revised Risk Assessment Report, and Revised Cleanup Plan (RI Add/RAR/CP) on or about August 28, 2019 for the former McKeesport Steel Castings Site, located in the City of McKeesport, Allegheny County, Pennsylvania. The RI Add/RAR/CP indicates that, based on the results of the previous site characterizations, remedial investigation, risk assessment, and implementation of the cleanup plan, PA Coach Lines will demonstrate attainment of the Site-Specific Standard, and will be eligible to request liability protection under Act 2 from the PADEP. The proposed future use of the property currently anticipated will be mixed commercial in use. This notice is made under the provision of the Land Recycling and Environmental Remediation Standards Act, the Act of May 19, 1995, P.L. #4, No. 2.
