No bidding docu- ments will be issued and/or sold prior to the Authority's Construction Manager having a copy of a Fully Completed Request Application. There will be a non-refundable charge of $150.00 for each Bid Document ordered. Once a bidder's request has been received, a Document Request Application will be e-mailed to the requesting entity. A tour of the project site will be conduct immediately follow- ing the meeting. (Bidders are encouraged to attend this tour as many of the areas being visited will not be available for any future reviews.) Attention is called to the fact that not less than the mini- mum salaries and wages, as determined by the Pennsyl- vania Department of Labor and Industry, must be paid on these projects. Proposals must be made on the Authority's forms and in accordance with the Plans and Specifications and the Instructions to Bidders'.
