PUBLIC NOTICE As requested by the Department of Environmental Protection, we do hereby give notice that the Phyllis Thomas Estate has submitted a Sewage Facilities Planning Module, Component 3s to Sewickley Heights Borough for an existing 4-bedroom single family residence. This proposal is for the construction of a small flow treatment facility with discharge into an unnamed tributary to Little Sewickley Creek. The system will be used to treat the sewage from the existing dwelling on the 5.06-acre property. The site is located on the south side of Blackburn Road, approximately 0.6 miles east of the intersection of Blackburn Road and Country Club Road in Sewickley Heights Borough, Allegheny County. The anticipated sewage flow from the facility is 500 gallons per day (1.25 Equivalent Dwelling Units). The Sewage Facilities Planning Module for this sewage treatment facility is available for public review at the Sewickley Heights Borough Office. Comments will be accepted for thirty (30) days following the date of this public notice and may be sent to Sewickley Heights Borough, 238 Country Club Road, Sewickley, PA 15143.
