LEGAL NOTICE NORTHGATE SCHOOL DISTRICT BID ADVERTISEMENT On Friday, February 7, 2020, the Northgate School District will open sealed bids for Re- Bid New Security Entrances at Avalon and Bellevue Elemen- tary Schools and Northgate MH School. Bids will be re- ceived up to 1:30 P.M., to the attention of Mr. Christopher Ursu, Director of Finance and Operations, Northgate School District Administration Build- ing, 591 Union Ave., Pitts- burgh, PA 15202. It is the intent of the Owner to enter into separate contracts as follows: Contract No. 1 General Construction. Contract No. 2 Electrical Construction. Bids shall conform with Con- tract Documents prepared by HHSDR Architects/Engineers, 40 Shenango Ave., Sharon, PA, 16146, and 201 Century Build- ing, 130 Seventh St., Pitts- burgh, PA, 15222. Bidders may obtain same from HHSDR at their Sharon office (724) 981- 8820, upon deposit of refund- able $150.00/set. Bids shall include a Bid Secur- ity Bond or Certified Check, payable to Northgate School District, in an amount of five percent (5%) of the bid, in accordance with Instructions to Bidders, as included in the Contract Documents.
