REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS Qualifications will be received at the Allegheny County Air- port Authority until 4:00 PM on February 7, 2020, for the following contract: ON-CALL PLANNING AND ENVIRONMENTAL STUDY SERVICES AT PITTSBURGH INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT AND ALLEGHENY COUNTY AIRPORT The Allegheny County Airport Authority is seeking a consult- ing firm to provide on-call air- port planning and environ- mental study services at Pitts- burgh International and Alle- gheny County Airports. Typical projects can include, but are not limited to, airport master plan revisions, airport layout plan updates, property map updates, requests for modifi- cations of standards, requests for land releases and safety area studies. Additional typical projects can involve both air- port and nonairport develop- ment and can include site sel- ections studies, site feasibility studies, site layout plans, utility and infrastructure plans, cost benefit analyses, environmen- tal assessments, categorical exclusions, environmental au- dits for hazardous materials, archaeological investigations, criteria of effect reports, his- toric building recordations, and programmatic agree- ments for historic resources.
