ROSS TOWNSHIP, ALLEGHENY COUNTY, PENNSYLVANIA, MEETING AND SUMMARY NOTICE UNDER LOCAL GOVERNMENT UNIT DEBT ACT Notice is hereby given that the Board of Commissioners of Ross Township, Allegheny County, Pennsylvania, at a meeting to be held at 7:00 p.m. on May 18, 2020. This meeting will be held virtually. Go to www.ross.pa.us for more information and instructions on how to join the meeting, at which meeting, or at any other properly constituted meeting duly called and held on any date not less than three nor more than thirty days after the publication of this notice, will consider, among other business that may come before the Board, the adoption of an ordinance authorizing amending Ordinance No. 2443, and summarized as follows: AN AMENDMENT AND SUPPLEMENT TO ORDINANCE NO. 2443, MARCH 16, 2020, WHICH AUTHORIZED THE ISSUANCE OF GENERAL OBLIGATION BONDS IN THE AMOUNT NOT TO EXCEED $8,500,000.00 FOR THE PURPOSE OF REFUNDING THE ROSS TOWNSHIP GENERAL OBLIGATION BONDS, SERIES OF 2015 AND RELATED MATTERS THERETO. THIS AMENDING ORDINANCE AMENDS THE DEFINITION OF PROJECT TO INCLUDE FINANCING CERTAIN CAPITAL IMPROVEMENTS.
