OFFICIAL BOROUGH OF ETNA Action will be taken on the following Ordinance, which reads in part, at the next regular meeting of Etna Borough Council, to be held Tuesday, May 19, 2020 beginning at 7:30 p.m. The meeting will be held virtually through Zoom access, due to COVID 19 and social distancing requirements, notice (link to meeting) which will be posted on social media and at the municipal building, 437 Butler Street, Pittsburgh, PA 15223. This ordinance will finalize the Adoption of the new Code of Ordinances for the Borough of Etna. AN ORDINANCE OF THE BOROUGH OF ETNA, COMMONWEALTH OF PENNSYLVANIA, COUNTY OF ALLEGHENY, TO PROVIDE FOR THE REPEAL OF CERTAIN LEGISLATION NOT INCLUDED THEREIN, TO SAVE FROM REPEAL CERTAIN OTHER LEGISLATION NOT INCLUDED THEREIN, AND TO PROVIDE PENALITIES FOR TAMPERING WITH THE CODE.
