Public Hearing Notice Edgewood Borough Edgewood Borough Council will hold a public hearing on Nov. 16, 2020 at 7pm in council chambers at 2 Race Street PGH PA 15218 regarding a proposed zoning ordinance amendment establishing the C-3 zoning district allowing all of the permitted uses, special exemptions, and conditional uses identified in Section 200-25 C-2 Planned Commercial District and also allow for Class One and Class two Multiple Family Dwellings as a Conditional Use. The C-3 district would be comprised of three contiguous parcels:177-L-88, 177-L-90, 177-L-92, of land presently in the C2 district. The draft ordinance can be viewed at the above address 9am-4pm MF.
