In Re: Adoption of Baby Boy Martin a minor, No. A-20-021 in the Orphans' Court Division of The Court of Common Pleas of Allegheny County, Pennsylvania. To: “Jake”, last name unknown, Unknown Birth Father of Baby Boy Martin who was born on March 19, 2020, in Allegheny County, Pennsylvania. A Petition has been filed asking the Court to put an end to all rights you have to the child, Baby Boy Martin. The Court has set a hearing to consider ending your rights to the child, Baby Boy Martin.
