LEGAL NOTICE TOWNSHIP OF PINE NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING Notice is hereby given that at the regular meeting of the Board of Supervisors of the Township of Pine on Monday, November 16, 2020 at 6:30 p.m. at the Township of Pine Community Center, 100 Pine Park Drive, Wexford, PA 15090, there will be held a Public Hearing, to consider the application for conditional use submitted by Wexford Medical Mall, LLC, for property located in the Township of Pine and within its C-1 (Community Service Center) district as follows: 1. Wallace Road Extension (Parcel No. 1658-A-19, consisting of approximately 20.84 acres, located at the northwest corner of Copperleaf Court and Wallace Road Extension). The application requests conditional use approval, pursuant to Chapter 84, Sections 84-18D(6) and 84-41 of the Code of the Township of Pine for a commercial parking garage with 330 spaces for the parking of motor vehicles. The Public is invited to attend and to participate.
